Asparagus with Oyster Sauce


400g asparagus
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

1) Cut asparagus diagonally 5 cm (2 inch) each. About 10cm (4 inch) of the end of each stalk, Pare the outer layer thinly. Cut this section into half (5 cm or 2 inch).
2) Steam it on high for 1 minute.
3) Dribble the oyster sauce over the asparagus.
4) Serve hot.

Note: Replace with baby asparagus, Just trim the tougher ends and cook the same way.

Leave out the oyster sauce and add a pinch of salt
